The gimmick itself is very easy to use, but for maximum impact it should be combined with a Mercury fold. This involves secretly folding a card in quarters and palming it until it's revealed. It's not very difficult, and it's taught in the video, but it will require practice. Any time you see a card to impossible location effect where the card is revealed folded in quarters, the Mercury fold was probably involved. It's a utility move you may as well learn anyway.
