Hi, can you permanently wear the ring? I see in the reviews that there are issues with build quality has this been addressed or is there a way that to strengthen the gimmick?

The gimmick is fine and you can wear the normal ring whenever.
Yes, you get two....shhhh...normal and gimmick.
