Osmosis

Is it the same rubber band that you use that you can "give away" at the end? and the borrowed ring is not swapped out?

Nah - it isn't, but you probably figured that out by now.
Careful here.
Although this looks easy, if you're expecting to take this right out of the box and do it tomorrow, that's not likely.
It'll take plenty of practice to present this smoothly.
