Oyster Marked Playing Cards

I got my deck, and, when I opened it, it was NOT in "new deck order." I wondered if there is any rationale for that. I looked at the order and it is not mneumonica or Si Stevens stack or any order that would be advantageous that I know.

I don't want to take it out of the order if there is value to it that I'm unaware of. So, does anyone know what/why the order is as it is?
