Pink by Ran Pink ink?

I have a problem with the ink of the PINK pen. Whenever I write I seem to have muddy ink instead of black ink, and the ink does not disappear at all. Does anyone have the same problem? Is this a product's defect or something else?

Yes I have a big problem getting the ink to flow onto the point properly and once it does, the ink does not disappear completely. There is a slight outline of the ink that is supposed to disappear. I even held a match under the paper, but it didn't help.
