I don't have Poker Test, but a method seems obvious to me that would work with any 2 sets of 5 cards and the application of roughing fluid to make the two sets sticky such that a fan will reveal what appears to be a five cards hand with the backs of one set and the fronts of the other. Taking one card from the top and moving it to the bottom, would allow the magician to pre-fan the cards, against the grain, showing a five card hand with the opposite backs and fronts. Using my method, you could make your own gaff that would allow a Poker Test identical performance.

It could, although you'd have to make your own gimmick, which is taught in the download you get when you buy from Penguin.
