Real Viewer Disc and Tutorial available without the viewer?

I noticed this is out of stock and some comments about the quality of the viewer. I suspect this is out of stock because of the production of the viewer, not because of the disc production. Would it be possible to buy just the disc with the tutorial at a lesser price? Thanks!
