This effect was originally released in 1991 with an instructional booklet edited by Joe Givan and Miracles Productions. Has it been out of production or is being re-released but with a instructional DVD by Steve Bedwell.

It's been out of production for quite some time. I have both the original but the DVD has quite a few added subtleties and ideas, even though the effect is the same.
