Seriously Silly Book

Hi David
I'm from Australia, I've joined Julian's KEA and found you on there. On Julian's suggestion I would like to buy your book and I would like to buy your Colouring Book routine (you said to use it word for word on the video). I'm just wondering how I do that if the book is out of print? I'm putting in an order soon.

Ummm...I think that there may be some confusion here.
When you post a question to this public forum, rarely, if at all, does it get to the author...in this case, David Kaye.
Especially for a book that has been discontinued and is out of stock at PM.
