Sharpierce by Maxence Vire and Marchand

I recently purchased Sharpierce from penguin. It came with a card which had the download link for instructions. The card fell out of the package and was destroyed by my Maltese puppy. Have explained penguin customer service twice by emails and requested to send me the link but it’s been a week and I haven’t heard anything from them yet. Any ideas about what my next step should be? Don’t want to leave a negative review
