Signed Card to Sealed Deck

Comparing Extractor V2 and Fully Loaded, which has the more examinable sealed deck before the cellophane is removed? And can the spectator remove the cellophane without figuring out part of the method? Suggestions for similar effects are also welcomed as long as the box can be seen as covered in cellophane from ALL sides without slits. Thanks in advance.
