size of u-day zombie ball

what is the diameter of this ball?

can it be broken in half - to accept a bunch of flowers, for eg

This answer is not useful
The ball is meant to be hidden, and never revealed to the audience, so it won't be appropriate to produce flowers from. The diameter is about six inches.

What a silly answer ! The production of a flower bouquet from a zombie ball features in the teaching by Jeff McBride in L & L Publishing's dvd 'Secrets of the Zombie Ball'.
Jeff also demonstrates how to handle the Zombie infront of and beside a folard - 'folard-free', as does Jeb Sherrill, in 'Dream Gimmick' and his 'Zombie Re-visited' dvds.
Raymond Crowe does a COMPLETE ROUTINE with NO folard !!!!- see his 'The Naked Zombie Ball'.

Also, this reply is inadequate: the idea that the diameter of the U-Day Ball is "about six inches" is useless to me: I want to use EXACT dimensions when I modify equipment - as do most other magicians !!!
