Slop Shuffle on Born to perform from Oz pearlman

In the explanation of the Slop Shuffle Routine Oz says, that you don't have to cut exactly to the middle of the deck (where two cards are back to back) at the the third cut. But if I don't cut exactly to that position, the cards would not be completely sorted. Or did i miss something?

The other cuts should do the trick to sort out the cards I believe
