sre the gimmicks one uso only?

regsrding silent control by rick lax, the gimmicks supplied, will they last forever or are they use once, then throw? if so, how many gimmicks do you get, will there be any refills available?

As the ad states,

"... Quantities of this gimmick are very limited. We’ll have more gimmicks in stock a couple of weeks from now..."

Thus, they won't last forever.
'Single' use per gimmick is what you get.
