As you noted, nothing in the ad reflects such.
Plus, the ad picture says "S.U.M. Deck".
With the new 2.0 version, any marketing pic says "SUM DECK 2.0"
Note the omission of the 'periods' in 'sum', plus the addition of "2.0".
Thus, the reasonable conclusion is that this in NOT the 2.0 version that allows for additional features to the original 'Set Up Marked' deck e.g. info on the card above, # of cut off cards, the stack #, etc.
Or, PM is just getting lazy with its marketing stuff ;-)
And, we know PM isn't going to let that happen!
