Tarantula thread ... not so easy to rethread?

I'm sure this is on the BB somewhere, but I broke the thread within a minute of working with it, and the DVD's explanation for how "easy" it is to rethread is not working. "Just press the device, give it a blow, and the thread will pop out." Nope. Any other advice? I could just buy the $15 replacement spools but I'm hesitant considering how quickly (one minute is no exaggeration) I lost the thread completely.

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that! If your thread spool isn't coming out easily, its possible you had it inserted into the device incorrectly, OR your thread is stuck and tangled between the spool and the pen, which makes it difficult to remove.
