Tarbell lesson 23 pdf file

For the nested envelope trick (the last one in the lesson) Dan mentioned a pdf file we can print out for the trick. I was wondering how to download this file because I do not see it anywhere.

I also am not seeing the nested envelope PDF file in "my Downloads"... is it coming at a later date?
