The Gift by Carbone

I don't know if anyone can answer this as very few have seen it, but what are the exterior and interior surface? Are they all cardboard like a regular gift box, or are their plastic surfaces? When I look at the inside of the box the grid makes it look as if it might be plastic.

Everything is cardboard.
Obviously, some of it is decorated cardboard, but still cardboard nonetheless.
