The moneyshot gimmick came in broken and I lost the receipt as one of my family members threw it away. What can do to not pay again

Your penguin account will always keep a record of all your orders in your Orders History Page. To find your account look at the top right of any Penguin magic page. To go to your account click the blue “View Account” link and from there click the "My Order History" link.

If you ever have a problem with an order check there for the order number and then contact us on the Chatline (M-f 8-4 pm PST) or via email at customerservice@penguinmagic.com and we will be happy to help you out.

We can also look up your account so if you have trouble finding the Order Number just let us know your name and e-mail and we can still help:)
