The Plug ins are now suddenly blocked. Now I am not able to learn my recently purchased items. Can you help?

What does 'suddenly blocked' mean?
Just checked various 'learn' buttons and they are working fine.
What about when you download the file to your device/computer...are the mp4 videos playing on your system?

Plugins being blocked is part of your browser settings, it's not anything that Penguin has control over.

Changing the settings depends on which browser you're using, Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.
