Tornado Twist: How strong do you have to be?

Hey guys, I have Liquid Metal, and am not able to do it because my hands seem to be far too weak. Even though I'm a fairly big guy at 6' and 200 lbs, and fairly strong, I've never been able to do the twist.

So for Tornado Twist, is the same strength required? If so, I will have to pass, although I would love to be able to do it. Thanks much!

If you cannot do liquid metal you will have a hard time with the Tornado Twist. It's about the same amount of strength required.

That said, you seem to be exactly the same size as me. I wonder if you are using the wrong type of silverware. At a recent magic meeting we had a 14 year old do the whole liquid metal routine. The difference in the type of fork you use makes a big difference.
