Nope, this doesn't come in Bicycle backs.
They use 'Superior' Brand playing cards manufactured by the Expert Playing Card Co.
Although unfamiliar to you, the quality and feel of these cards is outstanding.
In re to using an unfamiliar deck as you bring these cards out, the difference could be an advantage because they're different from your 'bikes'.
Yes, spectators always suspect a 'different' looking deck.
I mean, since I'm telling you its a marked deck initially, the difference shouldn't be an issue for the trick. Your spectator will see the difference and not suspect anything since you've already told them its 'marked'.
After performing with these and since all the cards are now marked with big black numbers and such, put them away, and just go back to your 'normal and regular' Bicycles.
Or, once you understand the 'secret', you could make your own deck using Bicycles without much difficulty.
