"On Water and Ice" can the spectators eat the SNOW at the end?

In the video, we see the spectators freely eating the ice before the water is poured in. By the same token can the spectators eat the SNOW at the end of the effect, or has the snow been chemically treated to become "snow"?

Also, do you start and end clean? Can the cup (from which the ice was put in and from which the snow was poured out) be examined both at the start of the effect and at the end of the effect?

Hey There! Here are some answers for ya:

1) They can't eat the snow. If they do, it won't hurt them, but it's not meant to be eaten.

2) You end totally clean. And the start is pretty dang clean, too. Nothing to palm, no extra pieces, to secret 'loads' that must be performed...everything is all routined to make this super-easy.
