What happened to Penguin's Live Chat?

I have a question about the fire wallet I purchased, but don't want to discuss the method on this forum. When I looked for the "Live Chat" option to speak with a Penguin, I couldn't find it. Has the "Live Chat" line been discontinued, or am I looking in the wrong place? Thanks for any insight you can lend.

Sometimes I see it. Sometimes I don't. There have been times when I've seen it and it just disappears. Perhaps that means that somebody else is chatting with the Penguin on duty? Anyway, I did get through yesterday and Chris answered my question. Thanks!
