What is the age requirement for SSS?

Hi all,

I am a minor (under 18) and am considering getting SSS by Shin Lim. Other smoke effects explicitly require the buyer to be older than 18, but I see nothing of the kind here. Is it safe/legal for a teenager to use SSS?

One note - the info on SSS is fine for any age.
The catch - to get some of the additional supplies needed, which are readily available, although inexpensive, you'll need to be at least 18 to purchase.
