What props are needed to perform the Red Envelope Act?

Hi, I am looking forward to buy the red envelope act, but because I do not want to place two, because of the high shipping fee to my country I wanted to ask if you can sent me a list with the props that are needed, so that I can order them in one order with the dvd. I do not have many manipulation props.

No, only a manipulation deck is included with the DVD. None of the other props (billiard ball, envelopes, ect.) are included.
