NO, for a $1.88 is not the absolute best resource for TT's, but its well worth having.
It'll give you the old, reliable tricks...Plus, more importantly, it'll stimulate you to think of more possibilities that will fit your style.
Whether you're using sand, silks, salt or any of the many other various items...this is a great little utility device to always have in your pocket.
Ironically, this thing is in every cheap magic kit available and you might think that it's 'overexposed, but that simply is not the case. You'll still fool the vast majority of people.
Sure, you'll run into some who know the utility and how you're using it.
