Which Card is Switched In?

Regarding the Monster Switch 2.0: Which card is being switched in? I am looking for a switch where I can show the TOP card of the deck, then switch in the card that is NEXT TO THE TOP (that is, the second card from the top). I cannot use a switch where I show the TOP card of the deck and then switch in the BOTTOM card.
