wild shock

I have purchased Wild Shock and, even though No english, I believe I can figure it out. But where is one supposed to purchase 30 7 of hearts to do the last part of the trick. Also in the promotion demo it shows the half of the deck blank then at the end of the Same performance All the cards are 7 of hearts. Can both Really be done?
