Wonderbox

With wonderbox can you use the same deck of cards you use for any card routine you do

I think that you might be missing the point of the box gimmick itself...
It's best use doesn't really include cards...making other items appear from an empty box is what is great about this.
You'll have to provide a tuck box to make the gimmick and, although you didn't ask, the box isn't examinable.
