The gimmicks for Zodino are already provided in 8 world languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian, Chinese and Japanese. Those cover the vast majority of people on the planet. In addition, you receive gimmicks that you can freely customize to any language.
However, the customizable gimmicks are provided as part of the bonuses and allow you to guess any item from a list of 15 freely chosen items in any language. If you make three sets of these, you could rebuild the first part of the main Zodino routine in any language. For the other parts of the main routine you are provided with additional gimmicks that help you in the presentation of the effect. Those are a special Zodino circle and a Chinese zodiac circle. Both are 'only' available in 8 languages and cannot easily be customized to other languages.
