If you are dissatisfied with an item you purchased at Penguin for any reason, please return it to us within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit (your choice). If something happens after 45 days, please let us know. We'll do whatever we can to make things right. Please note there are some items that manufacturers will not permit us to accept returns on unless the item has a manufacturer's defect. These products are clearly marked.

How you FEEL matters.

• If ever you feel we didn't describe an item fairly, please return it to us.
• If ever you feel you've received an item that is poor value for the money, please return it to us. (Please consider the value of the secret too!)
• If ever you feel you've received an item that is damaged or defective, please return it to us.
• If for any reason you feel we didn't live up to our end of the deal, please let us know so we can make things right.

Long term, it's much better for Penguin if you let us know when there's a problem. So, please, don't be shy. Let us know so we can earn your good feelings and continued business.

Some customers take advantage of stores that have return policies like ours, returning almost everything they buy. We don't punish our many good customers just because some people return items unfairly. We do from time to time ask customers who over-return to shop elsewhere so Penguin can continue to serve the magic community openly and fairly.
