Our Return Policy
Penguin Magic exists to make our customers happy. If you are dissatisfied with an item you purchased at Penguin for any reason, please return it to us within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.**** If something happens after 45 days, please let us know. We'll do whatever we can to make things right. Please note there are some items that manufacturers will not permit us to accept returns on unless the item has a manufacturer's defect. These products are clearly marked. How you FEEL matters.
Long term, it's much better for Penguin if you let us know when there's a problem. So, please, don't be shy. Let us know so we can earn your good feelings and continued business. Please note: "Media items" (books, DVDs, CDs, etc.) cannot be returned to our suppliers once they have been opened. If there's an unusual circumstance we will make every effort to take care of you, but we are not a media rental service. We will use our best judgement in order to decide how to handle open media returns. To return an item please simply send it to our warehouse with a note enclosed explaining the reason for the return and whether you'd prefer a replacement item, refund, or store credit. Please be sure to include your Penguin Magic Username / Email and if possible the packing slip. We don't punish our many good customers just because some people return items unfairly.
