Purchased this for a custom fire related product launch. Worked fine during only TWO rehearsals and then failed before the actual performance. In spite of charging, and attempting to make it work since, it remains completely unusable.

Possibly my worst purchase in the last 10 years.

Did you complain to Penguin, or to the maker? If so: were you able to resolve the problem? (And--since it sounds like you didn't--if not, why not?)
