I wonder how longer will "creators" produce trailers that completely misleading or, as it is this
case, completely non-existent.
Do they really believe that they can sell an item of 50 dollars,
showing nothing to the potential customers in 2019?
And, besides, Acar and team, do you really
believe that you can send a promotional e-mail to your loyal customers compelling them to make a
click in the link in a "pro-caliber" material you offer, for your customers to find this listing?
I believe that this is directly disrespectful. And I'm writing this message because I
believe that there are things that can still be done to actually show some respect to customers
again.
When I started purchasing magic, in my teens, catalogs were books with
illustrations, not even pictures. And we had no choice than to play Russian Roulette with our money.
Tannen's Magic was a disrespectful company. That's why I stopped purchasing from them, and started
sending my money to other companies who respected me as a customer.
I would hate to see
magic companies doing that again. These are other times, and there other ways to protect
intellectual property than to show an empty video.
Best regards,
No demonstration? I have to agree that the trailer is lame and this is a "stab in the dark" purchase. Looks like they are after as many "sucker" sales as they can get before just how funky this is, is ultimately exposed? Maybe tricks with un-informational advertising trailers should just be sent to every magician free of charge with a self addressed return label.... like it, send payment....don't like it, and feel ripped off.... return it. If creators don't like that idea, then show the trick in action and don't be ashamed of it. One last thing.. this kind of advertising is the kind that makes me skip future tricks associated with the names on the tricks. I begin to associate those creators to scammers.
There was a performance video posted on line briefly, but it was quickly taken down. If you watched it, you’ll understand right away why they’ve chosen not to demo the Black Box in the official trailer. It’s basically a clunkier and less motivated version of a useful utility item that has been on the market for years.
I can not agree more with you. Superb rewiew. Hopefully some people in the bussiness read your great ideas on the question. Apart from that, this item is more expesive than Cold case, that works great, so Why should I purchase Black Box with no idea how it works?
I enjoy eating ice cream.
I agree with all of the above, but I actually purchased it and have used it. It’s something that looks like it holds a special deck, the deck can be examined, but at the right time can be switched by simply moving the box on an off-beat moment… nobody notices, because it’s so in your face … good quality, but more like the $25 range
