Respectfully I must disagree with the former reviewer. While the routines are undoubtedly strong,
and the potential for creativity profound. The quality of these gimmicks is extremely lacking.
They do not share any resemblance to actual gaming chips, the materials used are clearly of low
quality, and they (in my opinion) could not be effectively used in a close-up performance. In
addition, given their profound difference in appearance from ‘traditional’ poker chips, the ability
to even switch these gaffs out without it being abundantly clear is lacking. On a truth in
advertising level, labeling these as a ‘Pro’ line with the individual or even grouped price points
of these gaffs is inappropriate. I will put it this way...I have never before returned a product
from Penguin....these I did only minutes after inspecting them. If a manufacturer where to release
these gaffs with an appropriate quality level, they would undoubtedly sell like wildfire....but I
believe these will only result in disappointment.
