The secret to how this works is brilliant. And I mean truly brilliant. Let me say this: you are using only two cards. I would have never come up with this in my lifetime.

One caveat. The Wayne Houchin close-up demo is absolutely accurate—with the one exception: the insertion of the card and the display of both sides (prior to bringing it up to face level) is an abject misrepresentation of actual performance, and to be honest, they had to work REAL hard on this misrepresentation. There is some audience management involved—not a seamless moment as seen here. But once you’re at the insertion phase (as shown at face level with Houchin), it’s exactly as seen.
