You can buy UNO cards just about everywhere, all the big-box-stores or even at pharmacies. You can also find them on ebay or Amazon for about the same price as a deck of cards ($5-6)

The reset takes about a minute as some of cards need to be placed at certain positions... its not designed for table hopping in that regard.
