Tough project to review. Some good effects. Some not so much. Tis the nature of Tommy’s effects in
general. I bought just to get better instructions on the needle routine. They add a nice extra phase
but the BIG problem is that the tutorial is set against a black table and you can BARELY see
anything they are showing! That problem resurfaces throughout the project. So whoever produced this
project really screwed up. They should have quickly noticed this problem and changed to a white
surface but didn’t. Sad. That said, there are some good construction tips that may be useful if you
like making your own props. It’s really just a question of whether any of the effects really
interest you. They do teach how to make Tommy’s auto link pencil for the linking finger rings. So
that is nice. Unfortunately, her handling of the linking really clutters up the beauty of what the
auto link gimmick allows u to do.
