2 faulty units so far; the original order and the replacement thimbtip ignitor pro, neither ignitor coils ever glowed at all after their full charges. Light blinks like it's good and then nothing.. Great customer service so far though. Lucky number three for the win? Everything seems so top notch too, what a shame neither of them have worked.

I had the exact same issue, but ordered from The Online Magic store. First unit charged just fine, never glowed red. They replaced it, and the second unit was also faulty. I asked for a refund at that point, so I never even got the chance to try this out.
