My deck is perfectly manufactured, handles exactly as described by Craig and the effect is a KILLER!
Perhaps the problem is to do with your dealing technique. If so, review the excellent instructions on handling the count and, importantly, develop the light touch touch needed. Otherwise, if you are sure that the deck is defective, see Penguin's returns policy.
