I loved the trick, but it would be immensely more valuable (TO ME) if a second copy with a different front cover was supplied. It would be worth it for an extra couple of bucks.

I think your suggestion is spot on. This way the subject can select one of 2 different covers, both with the same inside. Good Idea.

It's not too hard to remove the staples from a different non-ginnicked one and then just replace it on the gimmicked one. Of course you would need two of the gimmicked books to be able to make it. I used to take magazines apart when I was younger, so I could hang some of the more interesting pics! 😉

But I do see the validity of your point, I mean, it wouldn't be very difficult to have some different ones that are already to go supplied with it!
