You could easily utilize Twisted Sisters to perform this with a little ingenuity if you own it. You carry each 4 card packet of twisted Sisters in a different pocket. Ask them what color queen they like best. Pull out the corresponding packet out, Do your Elmsley Count showing all 4 face down, and the rest is easy but why not just perform twisted Sisters to begin with? I don't feel the need to buy this one.
