I bought this version after seeing my friend's non compact version. Although it says what it does, I think it could have been made with better materials and thought for its price. You will need to buy a drill to attach the spiral in order to do the effect...I think this is why I'm not in favor with this item's price. Overall, it is simple, a good effect and people that get to see it are entertained.

Hi ive came up with a cute idea which is to attach a fidget spinner instead of a drill. and it has worked perfectly. i own the regular one not the folding version
