Magic Tricks

I brought this last year and am really disappointed by it. Firstly the disk arrived scratched and although Penguin through their chat box they failed to do anything about it (telling me they would contact me when the supervisor was in and never doing so).
But this is not the main problem I have had. The main problem is finding real Pringles cans to fit it. I live in Canada and the tubes are simply too big, you are told that you can cut them down so they fit but the width of the tube is STILL too large and they get stuck. One of my friends told me cans from the UK fit better so when I was over there I brought some. Nope, exactly the same.
No problem I thought, I'll wait until I go to the USA at the start of 2014 to teach at conventions and pick some of the tubes that it was designed for. Got them, tried them last night, they are the right width, but I'm still going to have to cut them down as they are an inch and a half too tall (and these were the standard tins not offer ones)!!!!

I'm really not happy about this, it cost me about $200 and the product (and the service from Penguin) was sadly lacking. Sad to say I won't be buying any stage material from you guys again.
