So I love the ease and execution of this trick but the gimmick is so poorly made its worthless to
me. The construction of the gimmick looks like it was put together by by a two year old. Pretty
obvious to my seven year old that something didn't look right when I performed the trick. That
should say something! This is the first purchase I made from penguin magic and so far I'm not
impressed. I'd like to think that quality control or care for the products they sell were higher.
Penguin magic is very good with customer service. Its not penguins fault that you didn't like a trick. They sell a lot of peoples stuff. Some of the people that create the effects aren't that good but most of them are. Ive been purchasing from penguin for over 4 years now and they have some amazing stuff and incredible service. Don't judge over one item.
The trick is perfect!
Probably you are thinking in other trick, because transporter is great.

I have been a Penguin customer for a few months now and have purchased a number of items. I had a slight finish problem with a gimmick and let them know about it. The good folks at penguin jumped on the issue and replaced the item immediately without question......customer service as it should be.
I definitely agree with mikelodion and ricklicari: penguin not only provides great magic items at maybe the low price in market, but the service is just perfect. I,ve been a customer for couple of yeras and the minor problems I,ve had were solved on the spot by penguin staff

It's a very good trick I have had mine for a long time now and the gimmick does wear out and it is very annoying that a replacement can not be brought at a reasonable cost
I used to cry and moan when I couldn't perform a trick. But NEVER on a product review board, and not after age 14. If this guy has a seven year old...he's too old to act like this.
Penguin Magic is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. I am not speaking only about magic tricks; I am speaking about any company that deals with customers on a retail basis. Their customer service is not outdone by anybody in my experience. They offer the best customer service I have ever seen. They ship promptly. They offer the online chat. They stand up for their products. They quickly resolve a problem. They answer email fast. And the video they sometimes send showing your order being packed, well, I have never seen ANY company do that. Not to mention the nice touch with the packer wearing white gloves. Every company out there could take customer service lessons from Penguin Magic. I would tip my hat if a rabbit did not come scurrying out.
