This is old idea and is not easy, it need a lot of practic.

Hi Damir,

This will take practice as you say, but isn't difficult to achieve. I have explained in the PDF how to cover any mishaps. Please give it the practice it deserves, re-read the method and I'm pretty sure you will have no problems.

Other people who have bought this seem to be doing fine with the method. As far as this being an old idea is true, but the method is brand new.
