14.99? For reals???? If u think u may know the method, then u do... was hoping a diff method was
used but its not... u need a tool that most ppl dont ha e and to buy one is atleast 30$ and this
trick deffinatly does not justify that tool purchase... also the teaching of "crossing the grase"
(the slieght used to make the switch) is subpar... its half assed... as he teaches it, the vid only
shows his hands in veiw but the real convincer in that slieght is ur head/face moving oppisite
direction of ur arms, hence crossing the grase.... but his head is no were in the teaching on film
nor is it explanation.... sooooo not worth 15$... 5$ maybe.... refund?!?!? 2 stars from me for
creativaty... stars lost to poor explanation of the sleight and costly prices for the trick and tool
nessacary.... sry bro, just cant help ya on this one....
Hi, I'm very sorry you did not enjoy the method. However, it does clearly state that additional supplies must be purchased. I've shown this to countless top magicians in the business and they couldn't figure out what the method is. Unfortunately I don't own fancy video equipment and thought it was more important for the viewer to see what was going on in my hands. The switch is an extremely popular one, you can find dozens of explanations on it on YouTube. I appreciate your honest opinion, though.
I think the reviewer is being a bit harsh , it looks like an excellent trick ,keep up the good work LogKohn....
It's certainly not my style to 'beat you up' about a trick.
But, your comment about showing this to 'countless top magicians...and they couldn't figure out the method...' is, at best, a little exaggerated.
Simply, that just cannot be true.
Maybe we should agree on what a 'top magician' should be defined as.
Nonetheless, as far as what you charge...you get what you can get.
However, in this case of 'Bent Then Broken', you didn't get an order from me.
Also, you may want to re-shoot your marketing video. I'm sure that you are aware that you're showing a bit too much info. How this got past your video editors is beyond me.
Out of respect for your efforts, I'm purposely leaving out the time mark of the 'error'. Probably unfair because only a beginner would miss this and, candidly, they need the most help when purchasing tricks.
Best wishes...
I agree that this isn't worth the ~$15.00 asking price.
I am not complaining since the gimmick is clearly obvious in the video demonstration and with tools that I have, I've just made my own.
Guess that's karma for you - overcharge, then unintentionally give away the secret to lose sales.
It's funny how things balance out in the end!
