Quite a joke.
This is not a "photo album" or photo book, but rather a poorly made Svengali
binder of pages with an oversized spiral. To call this a photo book or album is ridiculous. There's
nothing to hold your photos or pictures. No adhesive. No typical slots. Nada. Just a bunch of very
heavy cardboard.
The too heavy cardboard pages also have huge and obvious gaps between the
long and short pages - and the pages also freely move.
This was a huge disappointment
product - a really poorly made joke today someone whipped up in 5 minutes. The creator apparently
wants users to glue stick photos onto blank cardboard pages and voila - that's a photo book.
Horrible.
The teaching video is also poor quality. Feels like home made with a tripod.
This overpriced product isn't worth more than $5.00
I am sorry you did not like it. I have personally used it in dozens of shows to great success, including this past weekend (where an adult told me it was her favorite trick). If you forward your order e-mail to me (my e-mail is at the end of the instructional video) I will send you a full refund.
Adam
I have to say that I admire your response to this comment Adam and commend you for handling it this way!! Every illusion isn't for everyone and sometimes it's hard for us to understand this. What works for me may not work for you and vice versa.
In any regard I do think that it's important to be honest with the reviews but also respectful to the other members of our community.
Let's not forget that the purpose here is to make us all better performers of the branch of magic that WE choose to perform. Let's not bash a trick with vulgar comments just because it doesn't work for you, or just because it doesn't meet your quality standards.
This trick isn't for me, but I can see its use. And with the pricetag, even if it was my style of illusion, I wouldnt be expecting a top notch photo album, only a prop for performance. Not to mention, a top notch photo album would cost you way more than $15....
