Mine arrived broken.

The key did not open the box until about 2 minutes of fiddling with it. Then the key stopped working all together.

Also the felt inside the box fell out the very first time I opened the box and turned it upside down. It wasn't glued or taped in and appears to be warped so it doesn't even touch the sides, it's just floating there waiting to fall out.

The felt was not permanently pasted in the box to allow for it to be permanently affixed only by those wishing to use the box with coins or hard items to decrease noises. Otherwise if using only with cards billets etc. The pad is contraindicated. This is covered in the video.

If you received a defective lock it will certainly be replaced without question.
