Magic Tricks

I was so glad when I found those on Penguin's web site; I've been looking for those refills, special shaped balloons EVERYWHERE with no success, even the party shops with walls full of every kind of balloons. I had bought the ''mental balloon'' effect gently used, with only 3 balloons left in the box, and now I was stuck. Thanks Penguin because without you I never would have been able to use this fine prop. I just found it strange that on one packet it says ''made in Italy' (like the prop) and the other, identical packet, reads ''made in China'' ? Anyway not expensive, perfect size balloons for this effect.
